Silbina "Tita" Bustamante (1934-2016)

Silbina Bustmante was born in Mexico, in 1934. She was raised on a ranch with her 6 brothers before moving to the U.S. via marriage to Popo. She lived in El Paso for the remainder of her life, raising 6 children in the house her husband built by hand. She was known for her cinnamon tea, algo mas aqui, and fierce moves on the Parcheesi board. She lived her life without ever attending a formal day of school, with a sense of humor and a Camel cigarette in hand, but perhaps most memorably with a deep love for every member of her family.
